1. THE PLANNING STAGE
Pre-consultation:
We start our session planning long before the session date! We send out a pre-session questionnaire to be filled by the mommy and it is a very important step towards a successful photo session.
It is also a major reason we always wish mommies start the booking process early enough before the endless sleepless nights after they deliver! We usually follow that by a pre-consultation call to finalize session styling.
This gives us the chance to know the parents’ style and have enough time to customize the photo-session . During the call, factors like themes, colors taste, home décor and other inspirations are discussed to guarantee that our final photos best fit your expectations and taste.
Design:
In sessions, where we use one main theme, the data collected in the pre-consultation stage is handed over to our Art Director and the final theme design is to be finalized by the both our Art Director and Photographer and then put into implementation.

2. THE CREATIVE STAGE
NEWBORN SESSIONS
Best time to have your newborn first photo session is between 5-10 days of age, so make sure to book your session before delivery!
Expect the session to take between 2 to 3 hours. The baby is the maestro though!
The studio temperature is slightly warm so dress in fairly light clothes.
The baby needs to be kept as awake as possible before the session (at least for one hour). The baby’s sleep time at the studio will allow for the lovely curly poses! It is also our recommendation to keep the baby hungry and feed baby as soon as you arrive to the studio. Also keep baby dressed in an easy to remove clothing for ease of handling and outfit change.
What to do before your NEWBORN SESSION?
If you breastfeed your baby, please mind what you eat at least 3 days before the booked photo session date, to keep the baby’s tummy settled.
If your baby is a boy, we recommend that you book the session not less than 5 to 7 days after the circumcision for the baby as it can feel uncomfortable for the baby to be moved between different blankets and fabrics.
What to bring to your NEWBORN SESSION?
Just Bring Yourselves, a PACIFIER and a nursing bottle !!
OLDER BABIES, CHILDREN & TEENS
Session take between 1 to 2 hours. All you need to do is relax, have some fun time with your kids and family at the studio and let us handle the rest. Our staff is trained to handle babies and kids of different ages. So don’t worry , we are patient enough!
We also provide you with drinks and mini snacks to avoid meltdowns for both kids and adults.
Styling
The styling is partially dependent on the pre-consultation data, yet mainly dependent on your choices. The studio is equipped with a large variety of props of all kinds and tastes, different materials, textures, sizes and colors, resulting in endless combinations and varieties.
The session time includes 10-15 mins for the parents to go through all the options and pick what they love!
3. THE DELIVERY STAGE

Photo Delivery
When the photos are ready, you will receive an email with a link to your online gallery. That’s where you get to choose the photos that you will purchase.
And as soon as the prints are ready, we notify you to receive your package.
